Absolutely everything. From the moment we pulled outside of the Hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. There is not one thing that we could complain about. This is the first time that we have stayed at the Langham (we normally stay at the Grand Hyatt) but this Hotel was even more perfect. -

The location was fantastic for exploring Melbourne - close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel pool was beautiful and I really enjoyed swimming there during my stay. Loved the place, clean and convenient and very helpful staff at the front desk, free WiFi with great connection probably because we asked to be close to reception but we did get what we asked for which was great. Definitely sound proof walls as on a high way but we all had a perfect sleep. -
