Lovely apartment, great location that suited our needs perfectly. Close to city, free transport using circle line tram to MCG & city. Etihad Stadium closeby. Mecure suggested Limo transfers from & to airport great value for 3 of us given late night arrival & early morning departure. Appreciated being escorted to our apt by Manager. Will definitely stay again.

The water features around the property were a lovely touch.
The pillow-top mattress was awesome, as were the pillows... I've never slept on such a comfortable bed.
I liked the rooms being smoke-free but that there were nice areas for smokers outside. -

Great location for my purposes. Good on site parking at reasonable rates. Rooms are comfortable and nicely re-furbished.
This is a comfortable value for money hotel with good access to Prahran eateries and very conveniently located on St Kilda Road which makes it very easy to tram in and out of town.

We were staying overnight en route to a convention so accommodation was very convenient. Upgraded as it was my husband's birthday which was lovely. Excellent gym and pool facilities for early morning fitness. Evening snack meal great too. Would stay again if passing through with little time to go into city. Also saved on expensive transfer in and out of city which is worth factoring into the equation of overall cost.

We especially loved the wonderful noise free environment of our room.We were on the 10th floor but never heard one sound anytime. We had the most wonderful sleep.The housekeeping of the room was excellent. The window seat was a firm favourite, a great spot to relax in the sun with a book. The rooms were bright, clean and great room configuration for feng shui - mirrors could be folded away from main sleeping area - a feature I look forward to in a room. This is a lovely place to stay. Our apartment was on the 4th floor with a view to the ocean. It is some distance from the town but that doesn't matter, there is a great walk to the ocean over a swing bridge across the river. We had two nights there and it was most enjoyable. Our apartment was very attractive with a great set-up for the ensuite bathroom.

luxurious apartment! I booked three 2 bedrooms apartment for a big family of 7 adults and 5 kids. apartments were all clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable. Ktichenette was very well quiped and suited the family needs to make a decent meal after a long day out.

I stayed for a night with my mum. The wonderful hosts greeted us on arrival and carried our bags to our studio appartment. Service and amenities were excellent and very well maintained. My wife and I enjoyed our one night stay at Dalfruin. Our hosts could not have been more friendly or helpful. The accommodation was excellent. The property is well situated, just a very short walk from the centre of the very interesting small town. We regretted having to leave but had to press on..
