  Wonderful location and setting. Staff welcome was friendly and informative. Dinner was excellent but at both dinner and breakfast we found service and attitude to be mixed - there was a need for training of some of the young staff. Breakfast room was filled with overly zealous removal of plates and yet no one assisting with coffee and serving of f... что говорят » ood. And speaking of cost - with no alternative of an a la carte breakfast men - Situated in a national park there was good access to several short and long walks. No television in rooms was great, added to the peaceful, relaxing feel of the whole area. The option of cooking for yourself or a great bistro and al carte restaurant (didn't dine al carte) with wonderful food options including a picnic hamper for walking is great a great idea.   There was a confusion regarding a spa room and we were upgraded with no problems as soon as we discovered mistake. We also had another issue which the owner/manager sorted out straight away with not a problem. We were very impressed. Accomodation was comfortable. Most spectacular is the penguin night-view, for which the resort staff is very kind to light up the penguin walking path so can have a fairly close view of penguin go-home scene. Highly recommended.

  Staff were friendly and at the time pool was being retiled, but we were able to use the one at the casino and were offered to travel in a shuttle bus if needed. Room quite spacious and had everything you needed and a nice lawn area near our villa where you could sit and enjoy. Bolters restaurant was also good and we were there with a group of kids... что говорят » from a soccer team. - Excellent staff who went out of their way to make sure you had a great stay. Spacious rooms - simple but comfortable with cooking facilities. Lots of wild life (birds, ducks, rabbits). Bistro and Grill served delicious meals at reasonable prices. By car just 12 minutes from the airport and 6 minutes to Launceston / Cataract Gorge.

Home-like feel, enough of privacy, also we love the play room and the play ground, with the beautiful view of the mountains, aaa makes us feel re-charged and we love to stay in aaa again!   My husband and I went for our Hkneymoon. It was like driving into a little English Country town, when we drove into Piermont. It was breathtaking. We loved it. The restaurant on site was superb, the staff were lovely and the food Devine. It was winter when we stayed and yet the cold only added to the embience of the place. We only had one night but will be back for more. The cottage decor is country and very nice and the stone and wood makes them beautiful. They are right on the beach and private. We didn't go to the restaurant but hear it is good, so next time.

  Lovely position set in such attractive countryside. The Lakeview (or should I say Waterfront) cabins/villas with all the wildfowl and bunnies running around are an absolute delight. It was so funny watching the golfers driving on to the green at the other side of the lake where all the wildfowl were sunning themselves - I was just so glad none of ... что говорят » the golfers was that good a shot! :-) Great alternative to central Launceston, most definitely better than staying in the city. - Facilities and activities suited our needs - children were well catered for. The village apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was handy, food enjoyable and service fast and friendly. The children also enjoyed having a selection of DVDs to choose from.

  I love staying in the Manor room. It's beautiful, very well decorated and comfortable. The bathroom is just the best with spa bath and shower with dual jets. It is exceptionally well priced when compared to other similar venues. The Country Club Casino is a one stop shop with entertainment, great meals and fantastic accommodation. The suite had distant views of the lake. There was valet parking provided. We ate in the resort and the evening buffet meals were very good.
