Everything. Easy check- in, efficient staff, modern and clean, plenty of hot water, well stocked fridge. Right in the middle of Hahndorf so easy choice of restaurants, coffee shops, etc but set back in own cottage grounds so no noise. Ample, easy parking. -

The welcome was friendly and organised. The room was very clean and spacious with everything you needed for comfort, including two arm chairs and an outside eating area. -
It was a modern clean motel with plenty of room in the suite. You felt relaxed as soon as you walked in and the room had a private outdoor area, will stay there again .

My colleague and I checked in together and were immediately offered a free exec upgrade - very much appreciated as I needed to use desk. Rooms allocated were directly opposite - perfect for coordinating our departures (ie, good, thoughtful service). Great bathroom. Great snack selection. One of the best hotels I have stayed in for a while + value for money.

I liked the proximity of the Ensenada to the main shopping area of this beachside suburb. I rarely had to use my vehicle as the beach was virtually at my doorstep as well as a variety of restaurants, hotels and cafes. I liked the location of the hotel and also the size of the rooms. The Concierge was very helpful in booking day trips and the laundry I sent in was promptly returned. I also found the check in process to be very efficient and JP provided a good first impression of the hotel.
