  One of the most friendly staff what we met during our trip in Australia. From reception we got nice advice for other spot points in Rockhampton and a recommendation for there restaurant which one was a great advice.   perfect location, just at the hastings street and beach! Pool is not big, but no hotel there has it, though it has a spa with very hot water, what was so relaxing.   Plenty of parking, easy access, we stayed in one of the large rooms which was very comfy, and no intrusive traffic noise. No complaints about anything. Staff were friendly, Steve was very helpful.   Clean and comfortable. I very much liked that they caterered very well for smokers with facilities outside each room with nice little table and chairs.   We stayed there for just one night on the way to Daintree from Cairns. As everyone else has described, the room was 100% clean with no fault to point out at all, and we didn't notice any bugs or insects in the room. The motel is easy to find as well. It was a real plus that this motel has its own beautiful restaurant at the front called Mojos. - Very friendly and helpful owner who went out of his way to make our short stay one of the best in our trip. The pool was a welcome surprise and everything was spotlessly clean.
