We had made a reservation at Roydon’s for one week but found it more than worth extending and in the end we stayed for almost three weeks. Despite the season and holiday period and our rather short notice decision, we were given a generous discount for the extension period by the manager.

Spacious, light and breezy apartment right on the beachfront with glorious views of the beach/ocean. Nice balcony on which to relax while taking in the view.
Trinity Beach is a lovely beach area not too far from Cairns yet easy day trips to all the sights in the greater Cairns area
Kitchen is very well equipped including shopping bags, esky, all the utensils, pots and pans you need. The apartment also had washing machine/dryer, aircon in all major rooms including bedrooms.

We have had the Appartement with two Bedrooms and balcony with Oceanview. The Sunrise was really great to see from the balcony!!!!
The Appartement was very big and very clean. The kitchen is well equiped.
We felt like home and Eddi was very helpful to orginized our day trips for us.
The Roydon is located perfectly at the beach and for day trips around cairns (Great Barrier Reef, Kuranda .....). It is perfect to stay with Children.

Absolutely loved our stay at Vue Apartments. Apartment was luxurious as was the amazing view of the 180 degree ocean and the mountains when we entered the apartment. With a 3 year old who loves water the pool was brilliant. The location of the units was also excellent being just 75 metres from the beach and 5 minutes walk into town. It was very quiet being off the main road and the upstairs rooms are shaded by treetops. -

1. Best location in Port Douglas in my opinion. Hard to appreciate on the map but right on beach and close to main restaurant and shopping row.

The staff were friendly and gave a full tour/explanation of the facilities and took us to our room on arrival. Food and drink available to order by the pool which made for a great relaxing stay. Awesome breakfast included. Love the no under 16yo rule and will be back.
