Prices were very good. The location was great since that it was right where the bus stops were that picked you up for your tours. Staff was incredibly helpful when I accidentally booked the wrong sort of room for our stay. Beds weren't too uncomfortable or anything and the breakfast was very nice to have every morning! -

Everything was Excellent.
Friendly Warm Greeting by lovely staff.
We stayed in room 60 which has a spa. Room is very large, small stove, microwave, Iron, Very comfortable bed. Just brilliant.

Location was good, close to a couple of nice restaurants and the marina.
We had a lovely sunny room in the morning and it was clean and comfy.
Easy to book on line.
A suggestion to you is to offer guets the choice of having their towels changed daily, or not. We were only their 2 nights and would have been very happy to have kept the original towels. Saving you unnessary cleaning charges and helping the enviroment.

Friendly staff, willing to help poor Canadains who had never been toAustralia before. They were great. Thank you. - Proximity to the airport and other locations I neede to travel to. I was impressed with the way the reception staff handled an obnoxious client.

Once again, ( room 4 ) fantastic, clean big and comfortable. Close to beach, public transport, shops etc. What more could you ask for.

What did i like every-thing .I travelled from Gippsland to Marybourgh and stayed in motels all the way, and the best was the Arkana. From the moment you arrive you are treated like one off their family,nothing was any problem to them . I loved the locality sooo close to most good things on the Gold Coast. We ate out at the local Mermaid Beach Surf Club which was great.
Free wifi was an added bonus.

Friendliness and generosity of the owners Jim and Lorraine. Great
friendly feel to motel. Consideration for the comfort and welfare of
guests was outstanding. Jim drove me to hospital when Taxis did not
