  1. Best location in Port Douglas in my opinion. Hard to appreciate on the map but right on beach and close to main restaurant and shopping row. 2. Included breakfasts 3. Knowledgeable efficient staff helped with arrangements for daytrips, snorkeling, etc. 4. Laundry right outside the door. 5. Great restaurant - draws many offsite guests as well. - The staff were friendly and gave a full tour/explanation of the facilities and took us to our room on arrival. Food and drink available to order by the pool which made for a great relaxing stay. Awesome breakfast included. Love the no under 16yo rule and will be back.

  Lovely outlook from bedrooms onto tropical pools/plants area. Water trickling feature was a lovely sound as well as bird song in trees. Kitchen facility area outside was novel.   the staff were great especially Emma at reception. the spa was amazing, very serene and relaxing and my massage was bliss. location is great, a street away from shops and cafes. loved the torch flames throughout the resort. - Excellent stay. Very clean and spacious apartment. Would stay again.

  From the moment we arrived we felt like we were in paradise. A beautiful walk through the gardens, especially at night when the fire lights up the board walk.   I loved everything about this resort Accomodation was amazing, great privacy when sitting on patio out the back of villa. Loved the luxurious toiletries provided initially until we could go shopping. Upstairs and down stairs toilet and bathroom ..Wonderful!! Large kitchen area and a washing machine and dryer.. Small little private areas in the main pool and a great little "cave" under a beautiful waterfall that with the press of a butto - We spent our January holiday at the resort, it was a perfect accommodation for the family, my kids are teenagers and they loved the tennis courts, main pools with its water falls spa and surrounding, I enjoyed the gym, lap pool and the aqua activities early morning. My youngest son loved the coconut and mango trees, he was trying to open the coconut instead of playing e-games lol was funny to learn a new skill, and yes we had the chance to eat some fresh mangoes from the tree

  The friendly relaxed atmosphere and such helpful members of staff! The restaurants food was delicious and very well priced. Only 4 beds per dorm room and as not peak season the lodge spread us out so we had rooms to ourselves. (One was given to a couple who I met in cairns whilst I was given a seperate one....really thoughtful). 10 main walk to to... что говорят » wn and beach. I extended my stay! - The staff are excellent, chap I talked to used to run a 5 star hotel but now just works part time. Has kept his customer service level though. Handy tablets to borrow at no cost if you need to use internet. Good facilities easy 10 min walk into Port Douglas
