The location was excellent together with the value for money. The breakfast was delicious. - The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient. Especially the dining room staff at dinnertime. The room was clean, very comfortable and quiet. The balconies of the lodge were an extra surprise.

We arrived at the hotel before check-in time, but had no problem getting to our room. When we got to our room one of the builders who was helping to renovate the hotel said that we were unable to get into our room - so we got an upgrade to a family room for free! The staff we very apologetic. Our room was good as we were in a section on our own, rarely bumped into anyone at the shared bathroom. The TV has a great choice of channels. Arrived from the usa to Australia and was allowed to check in early.
Front desk staff was Excellent. They were very helpful and
knowledgeable as was our first time there! Hotel is clean, bed is very
very comfortable and had plenty of hot water! (That was from other
post we read before we got there!) Hotel in an excellent location in
the cbd. It's not a luxury hotel but it would be a hotel I would
choose again.

Понравился вид из окна номера на 8-м этаже (вид на Оперу и на залив), он сглаживал все неудобства номера (для троих, номер конечно был маловат). В номере была маленькая кухня, оборудованная всем необходимым. Порадовала близость универсама ( находится буквально через дорогу). Гостиница находится недалеко от Ботанического сада и Гайд парка. -

I like very much this backpackers. It is located near from several tourist places of city as Opera House and Botanic gardens Walk. This backpackers is very safe, therefore I recommend widely. -
