Mantra had entered the wrong dates into my booking. When I contacted them (after my stay) with the error, they immediately refunded the difference that I'd had to pay for the upgraded room. They were very friendly and helpful in correcting their error. -

The location can't be beaten if you want to look at the city. We had
the trains and buses at the door and only a block away from Kurilpa
Pedestrian Bridge which gives access to the Southbank with only a 10 min
walk. Being right in the cbd was great and we enjoyed our evening views
over the street. Being on the 9th floor meant we were far enough aw

The first time I stayed at Abbey apartments I booked a superior room but it was absolutely disgusting. Shocking! So this time I asked to make sure I really had a superior room as each time I paid extra for it. This time my room was lovely. Great value for money. Lovely furnishings, dishwasher, dryer,and washing machine. I appreciated that the improved things for me this time. I liked that the heating and cooling was so easy to control and fab location.

Convenient location. Clean, roomy and comfortable accommodation. Good parking (very important), quiet room. Good "pull-in" driveway for being picked up by family or taxi. Helpful and friendly reception. Hoping to stay there again when we come down soon to a show @ QPAC. -

I discussed a problem at check-in and although the receptionist could not discuss my problem she relayed it to the duty manager who rang me soon after and offered a solution without hesitation. The apartment was really beautifully appointed and the ensuite was a treat we don't have at home. Everything worked and the balcony is a really generous size. Amentities were world class, reception staff very helpful, especially upon arrival, one of the staff named Michael was a great help, explained everything clearly an accurately to ensure our stay was smooth as possible. Great value for money in an excellent location. One of the best apartment complexes I have stayed at, I look forward to hopefully staying at the Quattro on my next Brisbane trip.

Location was great for walking along the river with close proximity to boardwalks gardens and city., also close to restaurants, bars and ferry transport, which we used to go to New farm Park and the powerhouse. We stayed in a one bedroom which was only a few dollars more than the studio but with much more space. Staff were friendly and helpful and we could recommend mint for longer stays whether business or holidays.

Понравилось все. В последний момент поменяла NOVOTEL Brisben на эти апартаменты и ничуть не пожалела: шикарный вид на город, прекрасный, большой номер из спальни и гостиной, где есть все нужно и даже больше, и главное, бесплатный WIFI, с которым в отелях Австралии вообще проблемы. Рекомендую. Тем более , что могу сравнить условия с отелями Сиднея
