Sydney on a trendy street with lots of great restaurants and coffee
places. The apartments are very big, very well kept and spotless. The
staff is very friendly and the manager, Caspar, very helpful.

The very responsive nature of the staff. The purpose of our stay was my partner was having surgery at St Vincent's and we needed somewhere closeby - we'd stayed there before (2008 & 2009). Waterloo is an up & coming area of Sydney. That being said, on our 1st taxi ride from downtown area, we were a bit nervous about the area. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the neighborhood was an area which was in the process of being upgraded and our immediate area was all done and people living all around the hotel area. With a small store around the corner, we were able to buy a bus pass of 10 tickets and that reduced the cab fare hugely. There are some nice little rest

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We often asked for directions and suggestions of places to visit and they were all helpful and happy to advise and give suggestions. The apartment was lovely and clean and offered everything we needed for our week long trip to Sydney.....right down to providing washing powder for the washing machine. Brilliant!

Accommodation was value for money as I have a limited budget when travelling for business. Staff were very good and provided an upgrade when original room had some issues. Upgraded room was great, very comfortable and I would stay again in future.

The one bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious, well appointed and had a balcony. It was cleaned and serviced every day. Location was very convenient to CBD, transport and shopping. The staff was lovely, very polite and attentive and I thoroughly reccommend Oaks. Central Station is very near which means one can hear the trains sounding their horn as they are about to enter the underground tunnel but it did not bother me that much, after all it is a big city with big city noises. -
It was the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. If you are a traveler like me and my partner, then splash out a little on a weekend and stay here, you will feel refreshed!
Staff were really friendly and helpful
Swimming pool and spa pool were not busy and a good temperature
The bed was really comfortable

Having stayed in other hotels during our travels in Australia and KL we have to say that this hotel completely met our needs regarding facililites in the appartment. It had more than adequate cooking facilites, dishwasher etc. This hotel has got it right. Excellent information guide. Cannot fault it really. Good location for buying food to cook

The Quest Bondi Junction is in a great location, close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping, the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and finished to a high standard with quality fittings and appliances , we had a good nights sleep in a very clean and comfortable bed. The reception staff, Jack and Zeina were polite, friendly and very helpful, we will be recommending this establishment to our family and friends.
