I was impressed by the decor, the cleanliness and the quality of the fit-out.While the room was not particularly large the abilty to access a lounge area and a 'gazebo-type' large room more than compensated for this and would be appreciated by most guests. The cleanliness and quality of the fittings is equal to the best I have seen in hotels/motels in Australia. I have recommended the establishment to all my family and some friends already.

Really nice to have an apartment instead of the usual basic motel or hotel room - especially as the cost was quite similar.
The apartment was well-equipped, had been recently refurbished to a good standard, and was very well situated closed the areas of interest for tourists.

Iv stayed in this facility a couple of times and I enjoy the character/style and homely feel - high ceilings, wooden floor boards etc. It beats the sterile, generic nature of other accomodation options in town. The shops are close by which means you can self cater in a fully equipped kitchen.

The manager/owner was very accommodating - he came out to the property early for us after we arrived in town earlier than expected. He also delivered a high chair to the room free of charge.
The room opened up onto the pool which was terrific.
The price was also significantly less than booking direct with Broadwater. Would thoroughly recommend. -

The greeting on arrival and courtesy shown to us as guests. Security gates for the safety of vehicles and unwelcome people. The cleanliness of the apartment and the space in the apartment all first class. Worthy of a ***** rating. Can't wait to stay there again.

Got upgraded to a 3 bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms including the spa. I liked that it was really good quality and value for money. By the looks of it, me and my mates thought it would have been really expensive. But it turned out to be much more than what we had paid for it. Would openly recommend it to our friends on their next visit to Geraldton

We just needed stopover self-catering accommodation- these units fitted the bill- nothing flash (older style), but clean, well-maintained and spacious. The kitchenette was simply, but adequately, equipped for cooking a basic meal- electric frypan and small microwave. -

When we arrived the young lady who we spoke to at the desk made us feel very welcome, she chatted to us for a few minutes and told us if we had any problems just to speak to her and she would help us. Pool was very good, we had a swim.

very clean and fresh, bathroom adequate with lovely huge fluffy towels and hot, hot water. Bed very comfy and four great pillows! Flat screen TV, pool, fridge and quiet at night.
