  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Argus apartments. The staff couldn't do enough for you, the apartments were well appointed, clean, modern and spacious. They are a 10 minute walk to the Waterfront precinct one way and 10 minutes the other direction to the city and buses, perfect. We asked only for a cot/crib and they also left a highchair which was a nice touch. Will definitely be back to visit.

  It was in a good position and easy to get to places we wanted to see.Our first time to Darwin and we loved it. The only drawback is that the accommodation is too expensive. - We found the staff very friendly & helpful and the facilities nice and clean. We also found the location very good for eating & viewing attractions around town

Full hot buffet breakfast very decent.   Clean, comfortable room, nice big comfortable bed, friendly, helpful staff. Not too far from city centre but having a car is useful as bus service infrequent. Air- conditioner worked well to keep the room cool.   I had a private room so it was luxurious! Great that towels were provided that was a real bonus and simple breakfast was really appreciated. I was also impressed that I was given a discount for the broken sink. Overall I was really impressed as I haven't stayed in a backpacker's lodge since the 70's!!!   Staff where very friendly and great atmosphere, not noisy atall considering location and great value for money - My room was quiet and cool. The pool was great The layout gave many options for places to relax etc.
