  Majority of staff were friendly and helpful. I requested a cot for my 6 month old daughter upon booking the room and it wast forgotten about (most hotels forget this). Valet parking was excellent and staff were available and helpful when i needed an extra hand to put pram and baby in the car. Very comfortable and felt welcome.   Loved teh new part, but next time we want to stay on a ground floor apartment of the new lagoon area. Our Kids really enjoyed it.
