Love the bed, not the usual two pushed together but a genuine kind size bed! Large balcony was nice, little touches of luxury such as spa bath, large shower, bath robes, mini bar etc. Staff booked our boat trip to the reef for us and they have lots of area knowledge and recommendations, very helpful and friendly!

It was our first visit to High Chaparral, but hopefully not the last.The room was very clean and comfortable. Enough packing space. Bed was very comfortable.Kitchen area very adequate.
Good outdoor BBQ area. Location great - near the Esplanade, shops and airport. Good price for the facilities as a lot of budget accommodation have shared bathrooms.

Fabulous location! We enjoyed a 20 min walk to Muddy's playground. A wonderful playground for kids and nice cafe stop for Mum and Dad! It was a very pleasant 30 min stroll into the centre of Cairns. we had a warm welcome from Sandy and an unexpected upgrade. You won't regret booking to stay here. The apartment was clean, well equipped, very relaxing with a stunning view of the Esplanade. It is a wonderful choice if traveling with young children.

Location was convenient to the "Esplanade" and local shopping and restaurants.
The manager, Rosemary, was very helpful. We arrived a number of hours before we were supposed to check in and our room was already ready for us.
The manager helped us book our tours and even drove us to the wharf on the day, so we wouldn't be late and this was greatly appreciated.

We stayed twice at the Pullman International Cairns on this trip. Two nights on the way to Port Douglas and one night on the way back. We just had the best time at your hotel.... We had dinner at Cocos then a complimentary breakfast the next morning which was part of our accommodation package ... I found all of the staff very friendly , welcoming and efficient. Special praise goes to Rob McKenzie and his reception staff - I thought they were all brilliantly helpful when answering all of my questions. I would certainly recommend the hotel to others. - Great location and great facilities. Free shuttle into town was very good.

181 Located just far enough away from the busy esplanade area too relax and enjoy the awesome weather and food Cairns has to offer. The apartments are large and spacious and met all our requirements. The owners were of great assistance with our daily activity's and knowledge of the area. We have no hesitation in returning.
