  The Beach House was incredible, the bed was so comfy, room was so spacious, amenitites were beautiful.   Coming from a Hotel Management background, I know what it means to make people feel at home- I felt that everything was easy and effortless- by this I mean that everything was seamless, and the staff all gave the genuine impression that it was truly a pleasure to work there and look after the guests. I also wish to make specific mention to the food- I had the pleasure of enjoying the chef's specials last Sunday - Our apartment with full kitchen, laundry and enormous bath was perfect for our family. It immediately felt homely with the bonus of comforts and amenities of a top class resort. The rainforest boardwalk was a joy to explore and the hotel was a convenient 5 minute drive to the town centre, or a 10 minute stroll to Tallow Beach. Complementary morning yoga on the verandah was also a lovely way to start the day. The staff were a stand-out; consistently pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

  VERY nice and helpful people running these great apartments. Our apartment was very spacious with a double and a twin room, a huge living room and a full kitchen with a washing machine and a big balcony, big bathroom with tub and shower and washing machine and dryer. But it is not changed. - The managers, Jill & John, went above and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I liked the quiet and privacy of my apartment very much. The only sound I heard often was the birds and that was lovely! It was extremely clean and that is truly important to me. The apartment size was perfect. It was completely accessible to town and beach so I was able to walk everywhere. I would definitely stay again.

  We were in transit from Sydney to Brisbane and needed a clean bed and a nice walk to break the trip. We got al that and more.
