A great location handy to the airport,,which is what we were looking for. Happy hour at the bar was great, with the staff treating all the guests that were there as part of the family. There was no hesitation from staff when we told them that we needed the courtesy bus to the airport at 4:30am. Room was comfy, clean and was exactly what we needed. Wife enjoyed the in-room spa

Location was ideal for our purposes. We were not met on our late arrival despite prior notice to this effect although the Manager was obviously keeping an eye out for us from his residence because he did eventually appear. I should not comment on the facilities as both 1 night stays were just that and little time was spent there. -

Wonderful apartment. Sadly only stayed one night it would be perfect for a week. Right opposite a racecourse if you are into that! Minutes from a tram stop which would take 20 mins into Melbourne. The apartment was warm, clean and comfortable and had everything you
could possibly need and it all worked. Great location and within easy
distance to both the airport and the city. Across from Moonee Race
Course which was not a problem during our stay as there were no races on

Ease of checking in early and availability of off street parking. Room very comfortable for our short term stay. Breakfast excellent in the Dining Room and very well priced. The staff at reception are welcoming, very helpful and friendly. Hotel will hold the luggage for few hours until the flight time after check out. This was very helpful. It was a perfect place for me to stay. I was only there to sleep as the
people I went to Melb to see lived around the corner. It was also easy
to get into Melb on the tram, via interesting stre ets eg Gertrude and
Smith. The staff were eager to help ie. Wake up call and call for taxi.
