The lovely friendly staff, who bent over backwards to assure our needs were met. Spacious and comfortable room. Luckily got corner spa room with courtyard. Went for a concert and very convenient location. Will stay here again. Breakfast staff and reception staff were very friendly. Quiet and peaceful in the city... fantastic!!

Room was good size and bathroom nice and clean. It was quiet and handy to where we wanted to go. Magazines to read were a nice touch. Breakfasts were well priced. Staff very friendly and helpful, even leant us an umbrella when it was raining. -

I arrived very early an just wanted to leave my bag but the manager
changed a few things around an I was given my room at eight thirty which
was fantastic they certainly go the extra yards -
Excellent location for ease of getting to airport. Many good local restaurants if you are there on a weekend when their restaurant is closed.

We arrived late after an extremely long journey from the uk and were
immediately greeted warmly. We were told all about our room. The bed was
extremely comfortable and we slept well. The bath/wetroom was

Ease of access to the river boardwalk where you can walk for kilometres even to the city centre if you wanted to. -
Great location, left car in secure car park, walked 300 metres to ferry terminal and got ferry to town. Good and frequent ferry service.

I booked a Double room, breakfast included and we were pleasantly
suprised to find we were upgraded to a Delux Queen with spa bath, this
was a real treat for us. On checking in I was told the breakfast is only
a continental but when I said that should have been stated on the

The very helpful obliging staff, the room was comfortable,and clean, and the spa was very relaxing!! Breakfast was delicious and the room service was prompt........
There is no where to write anything on this page, so i will just say i dont think that we are much of a help to you and the survey as our stay was not for pleasure, so we didnt get to explore Brisbane and therefore our answers are very restrictive. sorry!

Conveniently located on the fringe of the Valley, walking distance to
Emporium, James St and other happening areas. Easy access to airport and
the city via public transport. We arrived outside reception hours but
that was no problem as the apartment key etc was left in the safety box.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The unit that I stayed in was clean, neat and spacious. It is conveniently close to the Royal Brisbane Hospital, train stations, restaurants and convenience stores. I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and everything I needed was there.

Manager was very helpful, room was spacious, quiet location if you stay at the rear wing, close to all the food joints. Very good Value for money, You get all the Kids channel + Sports and Movies on Foxtel thats a big + will keep your kids busy. Overall our stay was very comfortable. -
