Beautiful apartment in a perfect location, straight across the road from Glenelg beach. The apartment was ideal, perfect for us, spacious, clean and very well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. The position of the apartment was superb, right on the seafront with no traffic near. So safe and the town of Glenelg easily accessible. Out door facilities were very user friendly and helped make our stay excellent!

Very clean and well appointed. Very nice kitchen for self catering. Liked the snack packs - a life saver (!) and the plunger coffee was wonderful - a nice touch. From the moment we arrived until that when we left we were made to feel welcome and valued. The location is very convenient to town and major tram routes. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

During our first stay we stayed in an apartment on the 6th floor which was quiet even though it faced the main street and had it had a great layout with all the required amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Location in Adelaide, walking distance of Budget rental cars! Very friendly staff especially the Reception staff Creina, Lucy and Taylor. Although in the centre of Adelaide the Hotel was quiet. Would certainly stay there again if we were in Adelaide. We were with another couple who also liked the hotel. Also has Andre's Cucina & Polenta Bar in the building - fantastic!

Jenni at the front desk and also her colleagues were friendly and helpful when it came to assistance with travelling to the Barossa Valley/ visiting Harbourtown Shopping and Glenelg. Each hotel room had cutlery, and crockery (not usually available), ironing board and iron. It was quiet as requested. Frequent and convenient trams. -

Sharyn on arrival was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Room was available in the morning even though we got there before checkin time. Room was small but had everything we needed. The two bed apartment was compact and comfortable but at the same time well suited for four people with mod cons and furnishings and nice size TV. Nice to have the balcony onto Hindley St to get out and watch the goings on, nice eating nearby, 2 minute walk to tram and 10 minutes walk to Rundle Mall. Would definately stay again.

Always enjoy an ensuite, and having access to a convenience machine for after hours service was fantastic, the gentleman Greg Moore was fantastic in his mannerism and conduct in organising our stay both over the phone before the stay and whilst we were at the accommodation -

The location was excellent, staff were very helpful and there was a sense of security.Access to sopping and dining out were excellent and the suite was well equipped if you were eating in. -

Overall an excellent place to stay with very friendly helpful staff.
The apartment had great facilities for a medium term stay - good kitchen, excellent washing machine and drier.
Free wi-fi internet and very cheap printing was a real bonus.
Plus, lovely comfortable grounds and a great location for cafes and restaurants.
Also, convenient for the CBD.

Nice apartment, staff were friendly and very helpful. Was a good location for us as near our friends who we went to visit. it is about a $30 cab to CBD or there is a train station close by. We wanted to spend last day in the city and the hotel organised for the CBD quest to mind our baggage so we didn't need to come back before heading to airport. Mawson Lakes is very nice too.
