Genelg Gateway Apartments, are in excellent location .Constructed, just a walking distance from the main market, the apartments get a decent client age so it is very peaceful after a hard days work! The place is clean and well maintained, well connected by public transportation,and safe parking for private vehicles.
Great location close to Jetty Street. Tram stop just across the way. This tram takes you to end of Jetty Street and costs nothing, it also goes to the city and is very inexpensive. If you have your Seniors Card, travel is free.

quite area to stay at. great food and it was lovely to actually cook your own meals when staying for a while.
I always recommend the Gateway Glenelg for stay when talking to other people in Alice Springs.

shops. Tram available to go into the city without driving. Very close to
supermarket etc. Good parking. Easy to cook own meal if desired. Lovely

The accommodation was in an excellent position - convenient to transport,shopping and easy walk to the beach.

The apartments are very close to public transport, the tram to go into the city is only 100 metres from front door. Supermarket only 5 min walk.Restaurants close by.

Nice & quiet , clean with very good garden , convenience to shop and eat out . Can walk glenelg beach, close to to everything that you can think of.
We rented the house as there are so many of us, we were surprised by the size it was great. A very beautiful old house with modern facilities.
Parking, cleanliness and comfort. Plenty of room for a couple. Free Wi-Fi, quiet, well presented surroundings, excellent facilities.

For clients staying over three days the staff should ensure that the apartments are serviced with clean linen etc. Though
washing facility is provided at a cost, the sheets and towels should still be changed by them.
If stairs are a problem make sure you request the down stairs. There is parking but its tight.
Only that over time it would be great if the double beds could be updated to Queen size.
Double bed Lighting could be improved in both bathroom and small
hallway. Only 1 towel per person, instructions advised towels could be
washed in guest laundry - took this to say do not ask for extra towels.
Minimum should be 2 towels per person. Kitchen cupboards could do with a
make-over, looking a little tired and aged.

Morning and evening traffic noise. But being centrally located you cannot have it both ways.
No tv in bedroom and only a small fridge.

The only thing to complain about was the mattresses on the beds I think it's time for new ones they were a bit uncomfortable.
