The helpfulness of the reception staff member Gustavo on things to do and see. Quick response to a problem in our room and then upgradea to a better suite when the problem could not be sorted immediately.

Reported the faulty wifi on floor 3 but was not fixed during out 5 day stay. Could use floor 2 or 4 but with weak signal.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, close to the town centre and also walking distance to the bus station. Wi-fi available and free.

Had to ask for bath towels which were then removed and not replaced. The towels were hung up for re-use according to the sign ' to save the environment'.
