Very good location in district 3 but also at the edge of district 1. Quick walk to a number of the main attractions and downtown area.
Lots of coffee bars also nearby. The staff atvthe hotel are very professional and helpful. The apartments are large and spacious and although I booked a 1 bedroom apartment was given a 3 bed / 2 bathroom apartment

As a family of 6 we loved the hotel. The 3-bedroom apartment we booked
was huge and so comfortable for us, and the price was just a bit more
than 1 room in a 5-star hotel. Breakfast was also good, as was the
swimming pool. Service was very friendly and although the hotel is
located in District 3, it was only a 7 minute walk to the city centre
or a cheap taxi ride away. I recommend this hotel for everyone,
especially families. There is a very good Japanese restaurant, Tokyo
Town, and a supermark

The Hotel is a real 4 stars, new, far only 5 minutes walking from opera's house. Excellent rooms with excellent bed; extremely clean, all with good view on the city. The location is great, being next to Ben Than Markets and other sights within walking distance. There is good shopping close by, as well as food (restaurants and street stalls) a short walk away. The location is perfect, a few steps away from the Ben thanh market where you can find everything! The night bazaar at the Ben Thanh Market has very good food as well! Easy to get around using taxi and directing them to Ben Thanh market instead of the hotel, for drivers who dont speak english. Nothing much that i dislike about this hotel. It was my second stay at the hotel and I would definitely stay there again the next time I visit Saigon.

Interconnecting family rooms were fantastic. Great bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Although firm beds we all slept very well and being older did not wake up with sore backs etc like I do at home. Was worried about noise levels as we had read about super thin walls. The location is optimal for getting around Ho Chi Minh city. It is a SAFE haven in a bustling city. The morning breakfast, location across from the bank and local eating areas is great. I appreciated the internet access and having the computers in the room...I did not need to hook up my computer!!! A very sound sleep i have got there. Spacious room, modern clean equiments and friendly staffs. I really enjoyed a relaxing night in this boutique residence. Recommend everybody spending your time here in Saigon. -
