  Everybody was very friendly and provided answers and services to make you feel at home. The restaurant manager was super with us. The beach was clean, the sand lovely and the water just perfect for swimming and relaxing.   This place is fantastic. It really is. I'm not sure what the price is during the busy season, but we were able to get a reasonable price during the off season and the staff is amazing, friendly and extremely attentive. Everyone greets us with a smile and says hello. One morning we ordered room-service breakfast and they forgot the yogurt. I called... o que as pessoas dizem » and said politely that they forgot the yogurt... they immediately apologized and had it at our door in minutes. If that was Boston (where I live) the - Incredible staff, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean, nicely furnished and beds were amazingly comfortable. Had a problem with the ac in our first room but they immediately switched us to a new room and even upgraded us! Location is convenient to lots of things but still set back enough to feel a little secluded from the city. Grounds are amazing and facilities at the hotel are great. For the money this is a real find and I would certainly come back!

  The shower was fantastic. So modern, clean and relaxing. The set up of the sink being separate from the toilet and shower area is a great idea. I also appreciated the free buffet breakfast and the shuttle bus to the airport. - breakfast was good

  The facility was well laid out, clean, great staff. The lady that does the breakfast room is great, everything is clean, the b'fast items kept full, etc. Really traveler friendly! - we were pleased with everything, the staff was friendly and responsive, our room was clean, and confortable.
