  The suite I stayed in for the week was very nice and very comfortable for myself and my two children, 12 and 6. The staff was exceptional and always made sure we had everything we needed. One staff member in particular, Sylvia, who works the morning shift, always went above and beyond anything required.   The bed was as comfortable as the one we have at home, to include quality sheets. The bed was so comfortable that we can't evaluate the breakfast, because we slept in. We put out the "do not disturb" sign, which we've done at other hotels.   The location was really the best part of it. It was very close to everything that we went there to do. The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was about what you would expect for that price range. The room was very clean and nicer than we were expecting for that price range. Our room was clean and had the microwave and fridge that I had requested. All staff that we interacted with were extremely polite and helpful.   Great service. Crystal deserves a pat on the back. She is a great staff member both working in the bar as well as at the front desk. I would recommend a promotion based on staying in many hotels and interacting with staff, and her superior kindness and operational knowledge. - The room was fantastic
