  It was right next to the lake and easy to get in and out of. I was able to book it cheaper on Booking then when I walked into the lobby. I needed a play to lay my head down for the night. It was clean. It was close to places to eat and we walked to dinner.   The hostess was VERY nice, kind and welcoming. She had a simple but good breakfast for us: waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal, juice, fruit, etc. The room was pretty. My grandson even said he "loved" it! It was an excellent value for the money. - We had a wonderful one night stay at the Aviva Inn. The place is very cute and recently renovated.... o que as pessoas dizem » It's very quiet there and the breakfast witrh fresh waffles was great! If we are in Tahoe City again we will definately stay at the Aviva Inn again.
