  Staff was very curtious and even took us in the shuttle to the nearest train station. They also picked us up from the train station to bring us back to the hotel. - The staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have Ruby Tuesday's attached to the hotel. It was close to a major mall and theater.

  When I made reservation, I indicated that I would be arriving late, due to dst time change, I arrived at 4 am, I had to wait for someone to let me in, since the door was locked, I called several times and no one answered the phone. I fault letsbookhotel.com for this, since they do not have a good system to confirm special request for travelers. The breakfast was good too. The only problem we had was with the commode ran all the time and wheezed. We just closed the door and told the management on check out. The wi-fi didnt work either.
