  After reading other reviews I was nervous about booking but needed a budget friendly hotel for our trip. This was definatly budget friendly. On check in Tony was very friendly. He gave us maps of attractions and the area and directions on several other occasions. The room we received did have a musty smell when we got in but it was nothing overbea... o que as pessoas dizem » ring. The room was clean when we arrived. We did have a light bulb out in the bathroom but the others were enough to make up for the one that was out. - I was extremely impressed with the courteous staff and the clean spacious lobby when you walk in. The free breakfast was a surprise in that it had a very good selection of different items to choose from. The rooms were not incredibly new, but there was no smoke smell and everything in the room (even the bathroom) was spotless. The rooms were quiet and comfortable.

  Really great value for money. Right in the middle of the city, so close to all amenities and city locations. Located near to Trinity University, which really helped me visiting my family at the university. Clean room, lot's of towels, good parking space. The room was old, but it was clean overall. The location was less than a ten minute walk to the Riverwalk. This motel is nothing fancy, but it's a comfortable place to stay for a low price.

  For the price, it was really good, I would have liked to have stayed longer but time was not on my side.. The maintence man was Very Very heplful, and he was right there when you called to report a problem, there was no waiting, I think I may have worn him out.....Housekeeping was very Kind, stop by to see if we needed the room cleaned, everyday,,... o que as pessoas dizem » ,,I just needed towels, there was no small towels when we arrived, so it was taken care of right away...Had a problem with wi-fi, but it was taken car - Our small suite was clean and fresh, we were glad to have a stove in the kitchen. We were travelling with two small dogs, so we appreciated the tile floors and first floor location. The staff was friendly, courteous and efficient in service. Spoke to morning attendant about loud general music speakers, and she promptly lowered the volume.
