  Very nice staff. Hotel was very clean, including the pool area. Was able to get 20% off the already low price of the room by going to bloomington- coupons.com and getting the coupon. This coupon was additional to the price received thru letsbookhotel.com. Close to the Mall of America and hotel offered shuttle transportation to the mall. We stayed several days and left very happy. Shuttles were on time and quick to and from the mall. Hotel was quiet and clean. Price for the room was lower than average.   We arrived super jet lagged, the airport shuttle picked us up promptly and a quiet room was available before normal check in. Friendly, can-do staff, clean room and numerous breakfast choices. - Excellent location for the people who want a hotel close to American Mall. It takes about 15 min to walk to the Mall. The room is clean.

  Staff was very friendly. Very clean but online pics make it look alot nicer/newer than it really is. Showed pictures of outside and inside pool but only had inside pool functioning. Showed pictures of restaurant when there only was a small area with a bar and a few tables. Very deceiving. - Beds were comfortable. People were friendly. Just keep it consistent through out and never listen to the decorator who did the lobby redo again.
