  This hotel is "top drawer" all the way! - The hotel was quite grand, and very luxerious in the common areas. The location worked well for us, as we seemed to be no more than a 10 minute cab ride from just about every where we went. The view from our Tower room was the clincher. We had a beautiful bay view.

  I absolutely LOVED everything! It was beautiful from the moment I first saw it, before I even walked inside. It was so easy to get to from BART and in a perfect location. The entire staff was sincerely friendly, kind, helpful and seemed to only know how to say "Yes, of course we can".   A nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. It is very central, so perfect for visiting SF. you can go almost anywhere walking from the hotel. The bed was comfy, everything was clean so.. all ok.   We had a wonderful stay with our family- the rooms are bit cramp, but we knew this. We wanted to stay near union square and that we did. We were able to really enjoy everything in walking distance. We would return again.
