  Everything! Place was immaculate, big, in fact it was so spacious that the tv in the living/dining room appeared small. 30' away. We will be going back again today. Staff was accomodating and friendly. Met all expectations. Balcony was nice for morning and evening meals. - We only stayed for one night. The staff were very friendly, the condo wa... o que as pessoas dizem » s very spacious and clean. We didn't get to use many of the facilities because of our lack of time. Next time, we will book for a week.

  Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Staff were helpful. Lovely outlook over banyan trees and sweet night twitterings emanated from the birds nesting in the banyans as we slept. Great location for Volcanoes National Park and Rainbow Falls and Akaka Falls. We did all 3 in one day. Beautiful walk in the gardens opposite the hotel. "Ken's... o que as pessoas dizem » " for breakfast was a 3minute drive away and was sensational. "Pesto"restaurant was a 5 min drive away and was divine. - The hotel doesn't get very good reviews so we were a little skeptical about staying here. We were surprised to find the hotel clean, comfortable, in a great location (wished we had booked for 2 days instead of 1),staff was very friendly and the renovations were beautiful. Breakfast buffet was very well done. Free parking was a bonus!

  The view from the ocean side rooms was spectacular. The check in staff (Wendy) did a great job checking us in with a long line, she was very friendly and helpful. The room was remodeled and very bright and cheery, the white bedding was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We made the decision to stay over in Hilo at the last minute and i... o que as pessoas dizem » t was the only place that was available and aren't sorry that we decided to stay there. - - Nice ocean-view corner room with wrapping balcony - Clean, well-maintained, quiet room - Good location to the airport, town, and access to roads out of town (especially to volcanoes) - Ample parking - We'd seen a fair number of negative reviews, but are very glad we tried the hotel anyway; had no issues

  The hotel is lovely, nice rooms, comfy bed. They gave us a complimentary room upgrade for our honeymoon. They are renovating at the moment so I imagine it will be more modern look in the future. The pool and beach are fantastic and loved the pool bar. Cocktails delicious! - The facilities, the location and the amenities. The Hotel was spectacular, and we would surely recommend to others visiting the Hawaii big island.

  We love the location - close to the downtown, which we walk to for shopping, dining, etc. We especially enjoy sitting near the ocean watching the breakers crash onto the lava rock. The bar is fun, and the special $75 dinner for two was exceptional. This was our 3rd visit to Royal Kona Resort, and Liz, check-out clerk said we should call ahead to t... o que as pessoas dizem » he Manager requesting a free upgrade to an ocean view next time. That would be lovely!!! - We liked the location it was ideal for access to shops, restaurants and trolley bus which takes you all round the area, it is also nicely situated on the beach with it's own lagoon.the restaurant and bar are also situated overlooking the sea which is really nice while dining especially as the sun is setting.
