  The hotel is lovely, nice rooms, comfy bed. They gave us a complimentary room upgrade for our honeymoon. They are renovating at the moment so I imagine it will be more modern look in the future.   Beautiful hotel with fantastic activities. Free activities are offered and staff are friendly. Good choice of restaurants with free shuttle to local shops. Nice lagoon and wonderful heated pools.   Loved the Rain Forest outside our 3 glass sided walls and the privace, can hardly see another cabin. Staff placed nice selection of snacks, teas, etc in room. Also, short 10-15 min drive to Volcano.
