I like that you have the opportunity to fish in the bay right behind the hotel facility. Also the hotel personnel allowed us to stay in the pool past the pool time because we were quiet, but when some other guests checked in we were asked to leave so the other guests wouldn't get in the pool and make noise.

Very nice hotel with a good selection for breakfast and outdoor pool and very nice tidy and clean rooms. The staff were very helpful. Be aware though that adding a bed to some of the rooms can be a little difficult and leaves the room cramped, but in this part of the world you do not want to be in your room any more than to sleep. I booked through letsbookhotel.com and when I had got there I guess they
didn't have any more king rooms so they up graded me to the king
suite, room 301 is very nice. The bed was extreamly comfortable and very
clean room, staff was amazing, and was only 20 min's from Texas
motor speed way. Plan on staying there next year.

The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. If
someone like from a hotel were driving you there from the
Dallas/Fort Worth Airport it was ideal in location.
It was immaculately clean. Everyone there was so helpful and went overboard to help us in anything we asked for. We stayed 5 nights.

Staff was excellent and the kids really enjoyed the pool. We stayed during a weekend when the Cowboys and Ranger were not playing so the price was very reasonable. We also left a very expensive set of ratings in the room on accident and the staff contacted us. Great bunch of folks.

The beds were comfortable. The mini kitchen proved very useful. The bar on the first floor was great! Having a hot breakfast was a great way to start the day compared to the usual hotel breakfast menu of toast, cereal, and a fruit. Overall it was a something fresh in a town that likes to stick with a country style. -

Before he passed away, my fiancé and I found La Quinta the only hotel
for us. We have a beagle and it is the only place that doesn't
charge you extra and nobody ever complains about our dog. Of course
she always gets a bath, has never had fleas and never goes potty
inside a house. -

It was an excellent value. The room was kept very clean and the staff did an excellent job of keeping the room and all of the facilities extremely clean. My room smelt very clean and I always had clean towels and wash rags and the trash was always emptied. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the customer service. I will stay there again.
