  The staff went above and beyond to provide me excellent service. I received some breakfast coupons (b/c I had switched from a non- smoking to a smoking room), but could not use them because I had work conference calls in the morning. Kudos to the staff! - Beautiful and very pleasant. Everyone was so helpful. Bell men took care of us very well. I wish I had gotten their names but unfortunately I failed to get the names. We plan on putting Austin as our yearly vacation with our grandchildren.

  I've stayed at many highly rated hotels in San Antonio, and Mokara is unquestionably at the top of my list. It starts with superior service - over the top attention to detail. We were walked to the elevator during check-in by a member of the desk staff, and later - accompanied by a doorman down to the riverwalk level of the hotel as he provided us... o que as pessoas dizem » with food and drink suggestions.
