find a room for 5 people at The Hilton Nashville. The staff at this
hotel, from front desk to housekeeping, all had amazing customer service
skills. They were all professional, polite and probably some of the

We have stayed here several times. The facilities are very clean and the hotel is centrally located. It is very nice to have a sitting area to host our friends for dinner or drinks. -
I was given an upgrade with two beds which was very nice and unexpected. It was like being in a small apartment. It was very comfortable and cozy.

The resort had great staffing service. Their behaviors were very professional and personable even down to the grounds keeper and maintenance crew. It was very nice, the staff was great... The room was very clean like a home away from home... The king suite with the fireplace was very cozy... It was actually like a one bedroom apartment. I really enjoyed my stay, I will definetly be back.

I liked the proximity to the airport and the shuttle. The desk clerks at both check-in and check-out as well as the shuttle driver were extremely nice and helpful. -
I loved the fire burning in the lobby! It gave for a relaxing visit after being on the road for 4 hours.

Everything - spacious rooms - beautiful pool and gym facilities - great dining room and breakfast. - very friendly staff who were very helpful and welcoming.they gave us a club level room with breakfast and evening meal for two days as it was our honeymoon. room was large and very comfortable. would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cost, location, secure parking. The night manager (I assume he was ower)
was very friendly and offered to help out with the problems with the
room. Cannot answer number 2 questions so the facilities were nice, the
room and hotel were clean and comfortable, the location was ok, and the
value for the money would have been fantastic if not for the problems.
