  The front desk was wonderful. Anything we asked they did for us. We had requested to be onthe same floor and they actually put us next door and across the hall from each other which was wonderful.   The hotel was in a perfect location. Convenient to downtown Charleston, restaurants, shopping and all the Spoleto festival events. The pool on the 4th floor was nice, but just wish the cafe there was open on the weekdays (it was only open on Saturday during our stay). - Staff is exceptional - every single interaction was positive.   Location is perfect. Close to everything going on but right on the outskirts of the craziness. Staff is phenomenal, after check out we had our stuff stolen from the beach but the staff was extremely helpful and helped locate our bags, even accommodating us with their facilities to shower and clean up before driving home. - The room and view was b... o que as pessoas dizem » eautiful.   The location was excellent. The hotel was easy to find and accessible. The hotel offered guests a free shuttle service to and from our transportation sites - airports/cruise port. This was a surprise to learn about and an added savings. They were timely dropping off and picking up. I valued this service and the offer by Radisson!
