We loved the cleanliness of this Inn. Typically you will find clean rooms while traveling. Something you 'don't' always find though is cleanliness on route to your room. Well, this place was the exception to that. From entering through the door of the Inn, to walking through the halls, to using the elevator, to using the stairs . . . this Inn was clean. Located close to the airport, regular shuttle bus to and from the airport, helpful friendly staff, lovely greeting from Mary on my arrival. The location was fantastic - a historic, listed building at the heart of the city with excellent transportation links. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Hotel amenities were excellent - we particularly appreciated the Starbucks in the lobby. The staff were courteous and helpful, and early check-in which was great as we arrived a couple of hours ahead of schedule.

Location was excellent! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Shuttle drivers to and from Sesame Place were friendly and personable! This was a perfect hotel for a family with small children. -

helpful. Housekeeping was friendly and punctual. The warm cookies were a
bonus. Room size, bed linens, and shower were all good where most hotels

The room was comfortable with room to spread out. I did not feel like I
was in a cramped box for 2 days like when you stay at most hotels and
it was no more expensive than a regular (non-suite) hotel. The staff
was helpful and always friendly. We had an issue with the coffee maker
and when we told the front desk, they called someone to fix it. He
