O tamanho do apartamento - quarto e sala - é excelente e acomoda 3 pessoas com muito conforto. Tudo novo e moderno. Nos sentimos como se morássemos em NYC. A localização é ótima, ao lado da 5a avenida, Times Square e Central Park. Estação de metro na esquina. -

The location is perfect for tourists and you will be a step away from everything, from venues, sightseeings, restaurants, Broadway shows, stores... to transportation to everywhere you need to go. The front desk personal deserves A+++ and they will help you with anything you need, as long it is not an apartment issue. -

check in was great, we had the Manager there personally at the desk ensuring that all guest needs were taking care of.
we also saw him throughout the stay always checking up on guest to ensure that all was going well.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. They had a good system in place you could tell. Maximum service with minimum intrusion.

Very good location. The bus stop was in front of the hotel and it was easy to drive by bus to the centre of New York City. We had a nice room with kitchen and airconditioning. Children liked about the pool. We liked to sit outside the hotel in a garden. Many restaurants very close to the hotel and some shops, too.

I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The hotel rooms were excellent and were clean, comfortable and looked just like the hotel photos. We were upgraded from a family room to a suite and it was excellent

The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!

Do quarto, que é um apartamento na realidade, tem uns 110m. Tudo muito novo, limpo, muito confortável, e os funcionários são maravilhosos. Além do que é muito bem localizado. No site não diz que no apto tem lavanderia completa e internet no apto - sem custo adicional. - Do ponto ao atendimento

This hotel was so unique! The rooms are converted units in a brownstone so you get to feel like you're living in the city while you're there. Felt like having a warm and comfotable city apt, complete with washer and dryer. Though we never saw any staff, they left signage and email instructions that told us how to get in, where to go and how to stay secure in the city environment. Street parking but they responded with parking alternatives when asked.
