We found more than that, we found wonderful people with like interests , great company and hospitality and a fabulous camp fire every night and the pool was delightfull
The owner and his property manager could not do enough to make our stay more than fabulous
I would highly recomend this property if you want a quiet getaway in the mountains

I just needed a comfortable place to stay for the night. It was that: clean, decent, efficient... I didn't use the pool or hot tub, which is the only "extra" on offer. Staff was nice, for the very brief interaction during check-in.

we arrived the night before our college tour at UNH. The entire area actually lost power due to high winds. The hotel had emergency lighting and the stay was great through out the 3 hours of no power. The breakfast buffet was delicious and although small it offered a nice variety. would definitely stay again! -

fell I had no problem rebooking. It really made me feel like it was a
school day. No worries here. And if the Mexican place next door stayed

There was a table large enough to either eat or use a laptop with a nearby plug in. The room was far enough from the chaos on highway 16 to be fairly quiet, and had a nice big closet with shelves. - basically nice rooms (layout) with a microwave, refer and dvd player
- had problem with shower, rather then just repair they replaced with a new shower head
- excellent on site services, barber shop, breakfast nook, luncheon - everything but a razor at the front desk
