We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable of the area and recommended some wonderful places. The room was clean, spacious and decorated well. We really liked the bathroom and king size bed. -

Great hotel for the price. I had a one day stay at the hotel and it was more than I expected. The feel of luxury when you wlk into the lobby was nice. Came with kids so the free hot breakfast was nice and the pool and hot tub were great. Would definately recommend this hotel to others.

Front desk staff was very patient and so very helpful. Helped me figure
out how to get my rental car back - even though construction was taking
place on the roads.

I really love the midnight security gaurd can not remember his name he was so outstanding to all the guess. Our kids he was polite socialable. He made sure if we need anything he will take care of us. While that staff all around was very feiendly.

I made my reservation online and apparently I made a mistake with the
expiration date. This raised some concern because the card was declined.
Nevertheless, the desk manager was gracious and held my reservation at
the quoted rate and we were able to get the matter cleared up quickly.

The lady at the night shift was really good and went out of their way in the morning to make sure we had a good breakfast and nice departure to our destination. The area near the hotel seemed safe and was near some gas stations and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable.

Booked this hotel due to its proximity to the Andy Williams Moon River Theatre. To our surprise it was literally right next door, so it was quite convenient for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was nice and the lady working in the breakfast room was cheerful and ready to please.

The hotel room was comfortable, clean and just the place to be after 16 hours of travelling. Facilities within the room were up to date and in good order. Close to Springfield airport and easy to navigate to. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out was achieved with a minimum of fuss and was relatively painless. -
