We liked the view from the 24th Floor. It was right below the rooftop bar, but it was not too loud to keep us awake. At check-in we were given free breakfast and internet, because the 24th floor was the only available room. The view of the Arch was amazing from our room! Also the rooftop restaurant was a nice touch. This was my fiancées first time in st.louis so I wanted to spoil her and the Hilton definitely helped with that!

We loved being able to go shopping and eat whenever we wanted and didn't have to drive anywhere to do that. We also loved pay per viewing movies in our room and not having to go to a theater. And loved the peaceful quiet we experienced. -
Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Nice luxury rooms and friendly staff!

The interior is spectacular. It has 8 floors of suites in a square configuration looking onto the first floor bar and sitting area which has large planters and sparkling lights. The elevator is glass and looks onto the same "courtyard." The rooms are suites and the beds were very comfortable.

Every staff member encountered was extremely friendly. My wife was
escorted back to our room by security after winning $1,500 on the slots.
The bedding, mattress, pillows and bedding was the best we have
encountered in any hotel we have stayed in. The suite setup with
bedroom, living room, frig etc. was great.

Everything.. Me and my wife took our 4 kids here (Two teenage girls and
two younger boys). When I booked it I was worried that it was some sort
of scam considering the price was just a bit more than a Hotel. When we
arrived we were aww struck. We had a 2 bedroom which was really two

We gathered for a family reunion at Palace View this past weekend. Some of us were local (Branson, Brighton, and Ozark MO), but others came in from Minnesota, Texas, Wyoming and Kansas. Everyone was pleased with what was offered and I heard no complaints. The property is beautiful, and staff we encountered were cordial and helpful.

I thought the quality of the facility was excellent. I didn't get the feeling that we were being watched all the time. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was better than most places that only have a toaster and Danish. It was very clean and I wasn't embarrassed to have referred my in-laws before we went. -
