  Very clean. Rooms were updated and much more than I expected for the money. View from the room was awesome. When they made the beds they even picked up my childs teddy bear off the floor and put him in between the pillows which i thought was a personal touch that showed they had pride in their jobs. Staff was friendly and helpful. - First they wanted to put us on the 4th floor and were allowed to smoke outside on the balcony. I was not happy with that because I was pretty adamant about ordering a smoking room. She talked to her Supervisor and put us on the 7th floor smoking room. The room was great and we were very pleased.

  When I booked online the two-bedroom suite was the same price as the one- bedroom so I booked that and I'm glad I did! The hotel sent us to the wrong room at first, a one bedroom, which was a nice, standard hotel room, but when I called and told them their mistake they sent us to the right room, a huge, two bedroom, two bathroom suite, with glass ... o que as pessoas dizem » walls on each side facing the beach. It was great! There was just my husband and I and but this would be the perfect room for a large family or a grou - The rooms were huge compared to most hotels. View of the Gulf was impressive. Location was convenient.I loved having two bathrooms. The privacy windows on the sleep area were attractive. The charming lady from Tennessee who ran the breakfast nook was super sweet and charming.Whole place smelled and looked new. Very impressive appearance of the building from outside.

  the hotel itself was beautiful, the rate was great, staff very friendly, valet, bellman, all great job.This was not not first time staying @ a Hard Rock, but this was nice. The room is immaculate, plush, all the usual trappings and comfort a casino can afford, but with a great hard-rock theme running throughout. Not a fan of rock? Really that has nothing to do with it, it's just nice to have a hotel with some personality but the comfort and size to let you enjoy yourself.

  I loved the staff they were friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site was reasonable and good home cooked food! Room was clean and prices were very cheap! Will be back and recommend ANYBODY to go. Quiet got plenty of rest. - The room was very nice, especially the jacuzi. Very friendly staff.

  The place was great! I really liked the golf course right on the property. The casino was great, got a great room at an unbelievable price. However I lost all the money I saved gambling, but it was fun!! - The staff and room were in excess of my expectations. The price was excellent.
