  Hotel staff was friendly especially the housekeepers, the rooms were clean, comfortable & up to date. The lobby decor was nice & inviting, I love that they serve breakfast & it's convenient to shopping and dining.   I was very impressed with this hotel though I had never heard of it before--and the price was fantastic! The rooms were very comfortable, the casino was as good as any in Vegas, the spa and gym were great, and the Italian restaurant was yummy with the best dirty martinis in town! - Very nice hotel in general.   Nicely decorated, designed to be pleasant - clean, comfortable. Liked the pool area. We had a nice Gulf view. Easy access to Interstate 10 and Hwy 90.   Location for us doing a road trip south was good, the hotel is new and the facilities very good. We found all the staff very helpful also all areas were spotless a big plus ample free parking. The swimming pool looked a popular choice for family's who were staying.

  Although the city downtown Jackson MS looks deserted the hotel was beautiful!!! It was very clean and modern. Although it was modern it still had an elegant southern traditional feel. There is a lot of history in that hotel. The staff is also too. EVERYONE from the manager to the environmental services staff was exeptional!! Please stay here, u w... o que as pessoas dizem » ill not be disappointed. - Wonderful hotel with a great staff! Nice and big shower...comfortable bed. Although the breakfast wasn't free, it was the only option and worth the money. Will stay here again for our next trip to Jackson. - Everything was exceptionally great! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The atmosphere of the hotel was professional and beautiful. Of course, I love the bed and the BBQ ribs from the restaurant.

  We booked through a 3rd party source and our reservation said a king room with sitting area. It was more like a 2 room suite on the 3rd floor in the main building with a wonderful view overlooking the poll and MS River. All their rooms are nonsmoking and I would def request the main building where the lobby and restuarant are located. The room was... o que as pessoas dizem » reasonablty priced in comparison to comparable hotels - in fact less than the HI Express or Hampton Inn - both of which are "newer" hotels. Nice poo - The staff were very accomodating and friendly. We were able to get a room with a river view and the room itself was perfect for our needs. The full breakfast that is included in the rate was different each morning and they were delicious. The gentleman who waited on us each morning was always very welcoming and the service provided was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay again.
