We were visiting Baltimore for our fifth wedding anniversary. When I mentioned it to the lady checking us in she put us in a room with a full harbor view and later they brought a small choc cake to our room. The staff and the hotel were fantastic. I can not sleep without a white noise and they searched high and low to find me a fan that I think came from an employee's office. The breakfast buffet was delicious and all the service was excellent.

Do próprio hotel e suas facilidades - Everything, the hotel is wonderful. I'm a retired Marine and I've traveled with my family to many places. This is the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed in. - Room with the balcony view of the inside mall and river veiw also. Iwill let others know about this, when visiting here.

After a busy day helping my god daughter move; it was a treat to sit and look at the sun set from the comfort of my room with my best friend.
In the mornings, we would grab a chai and sit by the water prior to getting busy.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. We needed milk for our son and the bellman went above and beyond to get it. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The room was spacious. The view of the inner harbor from out room was beautiful. The hotel was in walking distance to many things.

One of the Manager's, Miss Gina Clay went above and beyond in making sure I had the assistance I needed while at the hotel. The afternoon High Tea was one of the main reason's I chose the hotel and was not disappointed. Miss Clay did not spare any expense in making it a wonderful afternoon . Just married the weekend before, my wife and I planned a "staycation" mini-honeymoon, checked in late and were immediately upgraded to a magnificent 1 bedroom suite by Khadija at the front desk. It was larger than our apartment at home! We enjoyed a huge soaking tub and a magnificent view of the harbor, along with our own dining room! I was very impressed. Hotel was clean and very well lit. Definitely felt
like I was in a luxury Hotel. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The
room....what can I stay, definitely 5 star, from the sitting area with
its flat screen T.V., to the kitchen, to the bathroom, loved the shower

The beds & linens were very comfortable & the bathroom was a very nice size. Our view was amazing & the rooms were a nice size & the hotel was quiet. The hotel had everything we needed to make our stay very pleasant. I would definitly stay here again.

My daughter and I loved the hotel! The décor was pleasing to the eye,
very modern/contemporary and an awesome "downtown loft"
feeling. The hotel had more of an upscale apartment feel to it. We loved
the convenience of being shuttled to our locations within 5 miles, I
never had to drive my car while I was on vacation, it was so very

there was a safe to store our belongings while we were out of the room.
The indoor pool was -
Pleasantly surprised with the clean euro style decor and friendly and
accommodating staff.
The bartender at the wxyz bar was also very friendly and made great drinks.
If I were there longer I may have taken advantage of pool table.
Will definitely be back with friends.

asking how everything is and volunteering information before asked. The

I bed was amazing, the tv had great choices, the staff answered
questioned quickly and have direct answers that are helpful. The
Breakfast was to die for. The breakfast was cooked fast and yet it was
good. The staff helpful with all the dirty plates to make sure that we
had clean area. They had to news up and that was great to watch the news
eat breakfast and head out to the airport with no problems.

I have stayed at many hotels for leisure especially in the last 6 months and this one by far was one of the best. I booked last minute as a surprise getaway for my new beau and he loved it! The staff was extremely helpful. We didn't make our connecting flight to California & had to stay in Baltimore overnight. The shuttle from the airport & to the restaurant for dinner made the delay much easier to take.

The receptionist had trouble finding my reservation. I had to share my
email confirmation. Then trying to put it in manually gave more trouble
than expected. The manger allowed me to have a cocktail on the house.
