  Was comfortable and convenient. When I told them that I needed to keep my insulin cool they gave me a little refrigerator without charge. However, what kind of a hotel room does not already have a refrigerator? The only thing - he did not give us breakfast vouchers and we had to argue with Breakfast staff that our breakfast is included. Design - very interesting but a little bit too much posters.

  liked the breakfast, liked the room, with mini refrigerator and microwave. Never did get to partake of the dinner at night, but it was a nice touch to include it with the room rate. :) - Great staff - friendly and helpful

  Excellent value for money for a large city. Very good breakfast. Great facilities for young children. Pool, small exercise room if you want that. Coffee and granola bars on demand in lobby. Would definitely stay again. - Helpful staff, laundry,free airport shuttle, breakfast, clean and comfortable. Restaurants nearby.

  First experience of a hostel and it was excellent. Helpful staff, extrememly clean and well kept, fruit, cereal and bagels provided for breakfast with microwave and cooker should you wish to purchase anything for yourself, basic room but perfect as base for exploring Chicago. 5 to 10 mins walk to John Hancock Centre and oak street beach and explo... o que as pessoas dizem » red a great deal of Chicago by foot. Hope to stay again sometime. - I liked the location in terms of being able to walk or easily take public transportation to the heart of the city as well as the immediate area, 6 bed dorm room and nice bathroom, helpful staff (gave out good local map to all hostelers), general cleanliness, and "complimentary breakfast all day", which included tea, coffee, fruit, bagels and cream cheese as a plus.
