Front Desk (Jamel) was very friendly and accomodated us on a couple of small things we needed. The Bar Tender for the Cocktail Hour had a very nice way about him too. I liked the late check-out, the suite room was very large, and the many ammenities offered, like the pool and exercise room. The rooms are very comfortable, and the free happy hour was awesome.

I loved how clean it felt, the building seemed brand new (carpets, drapery, etc), staff was excellent, the bed was so comfortable, furniture was great, shower was awesome, etc. Also, I liked the fact that checkout wasn't until noon. -

It was my first time to Atlant Georgia and when I arrived I knew at once that I had fell in love with the place, that Itaught that I can really consider living.My experience at the hotel was overall satisfied, the staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful at all times, the venue is 5star hotel and the location is perfect. My husband and I stayed because our flights were an overnight @ Atlanta Airport. The staff was the friendliest staff we have encountered ever at a hotel. We ate at a restaurant there and the waitress was so nice and knowledgeable! Even the breakfast staff was great! It was also clean, comfortable, and everything was very accommodating!

Hotel was amazing. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Everyone who worked there was very nice and helpful, Cassandra at the front desk was very sweet and gave us some pointers on what to see while we were there and gave us a great recommendation on some BBQ in the area.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Activities for the weekend was a nice surprise, lighting of the tree, boat parade, fireworks, & bagpipes.
Employees were very friendly.
Golf course and spa were top notch.

The checkin desk was very helpful. Everyone always greeted us with a smile I have never experienced a better hotel staff ever! The shuttle bus even wad very helpful and patient provided tips on places to visit in Atlanta. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! There were 2 weddings going on and it was not a need to get around the wedding groups. I will be returning.
