  The warm, hospitable welcome at check in, and the friendly and most helpful concierge who steered us to delicious dining. The ambience of the hotel and the cheerful staff. Sunday brunch was a happy dining event, and the servers were most attentive.   I've been traveling to Bentonville for over 25 years. What a great addition to Bentonville...the hotel is A++. The art installations within the hotel and restaurant are fantastic. Great location for walking to dinner on the square or to Crystal Bridges.   The entire facility was modern, clean and centrally located for our purposes. The staff was efficient and friendly. The room was huge, clean and well-maintained. We especially liked the soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower. - Very good services at every point of contact ie; reception, restaurant, and bar.
