Staff was so awesome! Made sure we were comfortable and made spot on recommendations for places to eat. Grounds were nicely kept. Breakfast room was great and we had biscuit's and gravy on the weekend. DVDs available to check out for free. Just a great all around place!!.
The people that run the high country are great! Very personalble, and always available. Clean rooms, with new tvs and mattresses. But the grounds and the three hot tubes are the best part! A must go if you are anywere near Pagosa Springs, co.todos opiniões »
I love the location, rooms that I have stayed in so far, and the breakfast is well prepared and awesomely maintained. Keep up the good work!! I will recommend and will always lodge with you guys first.
Staff goes out of their way to help. We were leaving early, so we were able to get breakfast bagged for us the evening prior. Room had micro, fridge. beautiful location and wonderful office personnel.
I loved the staff, I didn't really like my room when I got there.
They quickly shuffled some things around and got me a cabin for a little
extra. That made the world of difference.

The breakfast was a nice surprise. I Expected a simple continental breakfast but they had waffles, biscuits and gravy, and scrambled eggs.

lodge itself is on the older side so water temp went hot/cold during high use times. Not a big deal and not unexpected in older buildings. Would try the cabins next time.

Check-out was @ 11am. We came back to hotel @ 11:10am from an errand,
and the room was already cleaned and our belongings were tagged and put
in storage. Not the way I want to start my day.
Location: to close to the road.
The office was closed when I arrived. I needed to wait for the owners to open and then they assisted me.
