  check in was great, we had the Manager there personally at the desk ensuring that all guest needs were taking care of. we also saw him throughout the stay always checking up on guest to ensure that all was going well. We had a nice room with kitchen and airconditioning. Children liked about the pool. We liked to sit outside the hotel in a garden. Many restaurants very close to the hotel and some shops, too.

  The location was perfect. Close to bus stop into NYC and 15-25 minute ride depending on traffic. Buses not crowded. Price of bus tickets so reasonable. The hotel offers a good breakfast and very good rates through letsbookhotel.com. Grace on front desk was amazing as was the lady (only one we saw) who worked in the continental breakfast room. We will be ba - Large room, very clean, nice staff, excellent breakfastb buffet, high speed internet very good location id very convenient for new york city visit especially if you take bus 129 which Has its bus stop 5 min. walk from the hotel and opetates very often until late evening, in fact the bus takes less than 30 min to the hart of new york city.

  They do not have elevator, the internet is only in the lobby and the breakfast is too simple, but almost all of this are cited in the hotel description. So, I recomend this hotel because it was exactly I expected. My bad grade to the cleaness was because of the bathrooms. The room is cleaned every day, and the hotel have new painting and clean halls - Friendly guys at reception, possibility to leave suitcase there after check-out (for $4), there was even breakfast included in the price (very very basic though, but all I need in the morning is a coffee to get me going :-), easy to meet fellow travellers (the people staying there were all really communicative and friendly and interesting to talk to) in the lounge, which is the only place to get free wifi on your mobile or laptop in the hostel
