We went to celebrate my partners 30th and they help arrange champagne and chocolate Strawberries for our arrival in the room and managed to upgrade us and give us an early check in. The plunge bar was very cool and had some cocktails which were great. Ended up being pretty expensive for one night. We may consider staying again, but more expensive than we expected.

We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility. She did her best at getting the room ready and personally called us back at 1230 to let us know when it was.   The hotel location is 5 minutes walk from time square. The staff members are very nice and helpfull. The room was clean, very comfortable and the bed is unforgettable :). We staied 7 nights in the hotel and we enjoined every minute.
