  The staff at this hotel make the extra effort to provide an excellent service. Our room was large, very comfortable, nicely furnished and perfectly clean. It is in a central location for food and shopping and there is a cinema showing many good films just around the corner. The management provided a complimentary wine and cheese social hour in the beautiful - We really enjoyed the fact that the hotel was right in the downtown area. We were able to walk to dinner and a bar and then back to the hotel without any problem at all! The hotel let us stay until 3 pm(for a fee) while checkout was at 11. They also let us sit in the lobby after checking out to watch the overtime Knicks game. The breakfast crew was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed.

  The breakfast was a great price and we got to eat in a comfy corner with a TV so we could eat and watch the news. There were several of these spots so we didn't just get lucky. - The location is great and the staff provided a list of local restaurants and a map of the city showing all the attractions
